This online course is designed for career guidance professionals looking to strengthen their digital skills, learn about the main tools and applications to use in virtual sessions and learn innovative techniques in social interventions with unemployed people.

The MOOC has been developed by Fundación Santa María la Real through its Employment and Social Inclusion, based on the positive results obtained during the process to digitalise the employment and entrepreneurship programmes over the last few years.

The MOOC has four modules that provide the resources required to conduct dynamic virtual sessions, learn about the current context of digital transformation, know how to apply advice to people with a non-digital background, and the main tools that facilitate remote work. You can find more information about the modules in the information brochure. We also provide theoretical content, explanatory videos, recommended readings, as well as support materials and practical activities to practice the knowledge acquired in the MOOC.
