Ruta al Empleo (Path to Employment) is committed to helping you enter the job market. If you are a migrant woman and you are unemployed in urban and rural areas of Madrid, Torremolinos (Malaga) or Almeria, YOU CAN PARTICIPATE!

We will help you in your job placement process by identifying and enhancing the cross-cutting competences and employability skills you acquired prior to your arrival in Spain and those developed during the migration process, as well as improving your digital employability skills.

We will cover cross-cutting content and activities to prevent and respond to gender-based violence and labour exploitation. We will work with a format that adapts to your needs, through collaborative learning methodologies.

With Ruta al Empleo we want to raise awareness of and focus on the migration process and the life and job skills that are developed during it, helping to destigmatise and decriminalise people because of their status as migrants.
